Routine Work Order Requests

To submit a work order request for routine maintenance please use the Tenant Portal or call 973-365-6331. Vreeland Village and Chestnut Gardens tenants please use the Tenant Portal or call (973)365-6778. When you submit a maintenance request, please give your name, apartment number, complex, return phone number, and a brief description of the problem. Remember to request and write down your work order number for your reference.

Emergency Work Order Requests

For emergency maintenance issues outside normal business hours (nights, weekends, or holidays), call 973-365-6331 where the automated system will direct you to a live operator. Your message will then be relayed to our on-call maintenance staff. The on-call maintenance staff will then report to your unit and/or site to address the maintenance issue. Remember to speak clearly and slowly. Provide the operator with your name, address including your apartment number, return phone number and a brief description of the problem.

Examples of Emergency Maintenance

Examples of emergency maintenance issues are lock outs between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. only, no heat, no hot water, flooding, burst pipes, or toilet overflow, both elevators down in a single building or smoke detector signals. Remember to speak clearly and slowly. Give the operator your name, address, apartment number, return phone number and a brief description of the problem.
